WHY This Website?
The United States Needs a Long Term Strategic Plan!
I have created this website because I believe our nation needs a long term strategic plan if we are going to build the best possible future for our children and our nation. Successful companies and organizations have a vision and strategy. Growing and competitive economies elsewhere in the world have a vision and a strategy. It works! To get there we need significant reform made within our political process and we need to work collaboratively to define our nation's future.
I am not a member of any political party. I am an independent. I believe the two-party political system in our country is no longer effective nor responsive to needs of our nation. We have allowed ourselves to be divided and the two-party political system along with the media thrives on division. If we want to preserve this great country, we cannot let that happen any longer. We are at a time and place where we the citizens need to take our country back from divisive and corrupt elected officials, multi-millionaires, billionaires and the media that prospers on conflict and our paycheck. We need to come together, work together and solve problems together. Civil discourse is essential; we can no longer allow ourselves, politics, politicians, nor the media to undermine the vital threads that connect each of us as citizens of this great country.
To that end I have outlined a Strategic Plan for the United States. A future forward policy agenda that speaks to improving unity, economic competitiveness and building a better future for our families. Take a look at it. I am eager to hear your feedback, thoughts and input!

Independent, Pragmatic and Committed to Family and Community
I prioritize solutions that work over ideology, seek practical compromise, and focus on results that strengthen our families, communities, economy, and democracy. I believe in the importance of coming together to forge solutions and rebuilding our sense of community. I am a pragmatic problem solver and independent thinker.
I am a husband, father, and lifelong advocate for my community. My family is my anchor, and the values of integrity, hard work, and service guide both my personal and professional life. I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to work with businesses, schools, and local organizations to help build stronger communities across Western New York.
Professionally, I’ve had the privilege of serving in leadership roles within the business community. I have seen and experienced first hand how hard it is to run a business, work through the regulatory processes and remain competitive. In my journey I have worked for and with people from a variety of backgrounds and political ideologies. Throughout my career, I’ve been honored to lead and support projects that strengthen our workforce, foster economic growth, and enhance opportunities for students and families in our region.
I am deeply committed to giving back to the community, whether through workforce development initiatives, educational programs, or civic engagement efforts. My hope is that, through collaboration and thoughtful leadership, we can create opportunities for more people to thrive, strengthen our economy, and build a more equitable, resilient, and united future for everyone.
When I am not thinking about the future of my children and our great nation, I enjoy a consistent dose of fun and playing music really loud with my band!
